Discount passes may NOT be applied when ordering by phone.

However, member passes can be (142) to phone orders. Phone lines get busy during the holidays. To avoid hold time, order at least three weeks in advance and try calling between 1:00 p. m. -3:00 p. m.

3) Picking up Reserved Tickets

All reserved tickets may be picked up at one of the tickets kiosks in the main lobby —bypass the Museum box office! Swipe the same credit card you (143) to place your order and your tickets will pop right out!
