To all department managers:

I have tentatively scheduled a faculty meeting for June 16 to discuss some of the major changes that will take place once the transition in ownership from Rolston Systems to Zyacom is complete. Until then, a few minor changes will take place.

First, all employee identification cards will be reissued in accordance with Zyacom's system, so each of our employees will be assigned a new identification number and have a new photograph taken for their card. All employees should come to work prepared to have their picture taken for the new identification cards on Tuesday June 4. A specific time will be scheduled for each department to arrive at the cafeteria to have their picture taken on that day. I will e-mail you this schedule by Friday. Please notify your employees so that they are ready at the designated time.
