MA It's at ten o'clock in the Green Willow Room on the second floor. The same place as last week.

WA Right, but last week it was at eleven o'clock on a Tuesday. This week it's ten o'clock on a Wednesday. It would be easier if it was the same day and time every week.

MA I agree. But there's been so much going on over the last month, there's always been a schedule conflict for someone who is crucial to the meeting. Once we get over this busy period I'll set up a fixed recurring meeting schedule.
