The Reno Festival is set for another year of world-class kayaking on the Truckee River in downtown Reno, NV, May 10-13,2007. Now in its 4th year, the festival has quickly evolved into one of the nation top kayaking competitions, drawing pros from around the world. The festival showcases kayaking, demos, clinics, live music and an expo featuring the hottest products on the market.
All of the action will unfold in the heart of downtown Reno at the Truckee River Whitewater Park and a River Walk district that is brimming with hip new restaurants, cafes, lounges, bars, shops and galleries.

This year's meeting of the European Textile Manufacturers'Association(ETMA) is scheduled for September 10-15 in Davos, Switzerland. Representatives of 37 firms from 16 countries are expected to attend. The meeting will focus on strategies for increasing textile sales in emerging markets.

Thierry Daniel Henry (born on 17 August 1977) is a French football striker currently playing for Spanish La Liga club FC Barcelona and the French national team.
Henry was born and brought up in the tough neighborhood of Les Ulis, Essonne—a suburb of Paris—where he played for an array of local sides as a youngster and showed great promise as a goal-scorer. He was spotted by AS Monaco in 1990 and signed instantly, making his professional debut in 1994.
