I have trusted the Shoe People to protect the feet of my employees for over ten years now. I recently purchased a few pairs of boots from your company for my crew. Though my men were initially satisfied with the boots, the soles began to fall apart on them after just twelve weeks. This was extremely surprising considering they came with a six year warranty. The boots are unsafe to wear because my men are pouring hot concrete. Please respond as soon as possible with instructions on how I can return the boots and receive a refund.

Thank you for your e-mail concerning the poor quality of our rubber soled black workboots. A representative will be by your office next week to pick up the damaged boots. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and your crew. Along with five new pairs of workboots for your crew (we included one extra pair), we have enclosed a free year's supply of sole protector spray. In our retail stores, this spray is always recommended to buyers who work on heated floors. This should have been brought to your attention at the time of your initial order (received by telephone on October 12, 2007). Please excuse our oversight. To date we have had no complaints about these workboots from customers who have used the protector spray. In addition to the habitual behaviors or routines you follow, you also have certain specific actions you undertake in a given situation. These are called programmed decisions. Programmed decisions are different from routines. Routine plans or actions are patterns of behavioral. actions repeatedly undertaken on a consistent and regular basis. Programmed decisions. on the other hand, utilize your past experience in a similar situation For instance, you know you are going to have a test. Your method of studying for this test will ha done using your knowledge of a similar experience. The degree of success previously achieved will be a determinant in how. when, where, and the length of time you study for this test.

Programmed decisions, like routines are a resource in your management. When the action undertaken proves to be successful you repeat the same action the next time when a similar situation occurs. That may be especially true on more obscure pages with fewer active volunteers to approve edits timely.Aware of the risks， Wikipedia has set the criteria for "experienced editor" status relatively low.Users who are registered for a few days can give changes， said Jay Walsh， a spokesman for the nonprofit Wikimedia Foundation， which runs the site.

A more uniform. system for filtering changes on Wikipedia represents a step back from the site"s original philosophy， which called for creating the collective knowledge of volunteer editors without any major restrictions.

Some observers believe Wikipedia must continue tightening editing policies if it wants to gain credibility. "I"m just waiting for the other shoe to drop，" said Erie Goldman， director of the High Tech Law Institute at the Santa Clara University School of Law. "My hope is that Wikipedia still exists and is still considered a useful site，" Goldman said. "But it will be at that point a very tightly controlled site.
